Judging has now been completed for the 2011 Satellite Broadband Ireland Digital Media Awards and GreenYourGoods have been shortlisted and reached the final in our Social Impact Award this year!

This is a great achievement as entries were high this year and the adjudication process was tough, according to the DMA themselves, so we are very happy to be selected.  One of the reasons we got this far is of course because, we are allowing a new generation of fundraisers from any cause to use our service to raise funds in a difficult environment.

We hope to be able to increase our level of service this year to be able to manage campaigns for charities and fundraisers and we are adding new products that can be traded and donated, starting with laptops early this year.  So if you are part of  a charity or would like to raise some funds for your team or club, go to http://www.gyg.ie/fundraising.html to start your own page and raise funds simply, quickly and free (ly!), while helping the environment.

Remember you can donate mobile phones, games consoles, digital cameras, laptops and more to raise funds through recycling your old items!  And keep your fingers crossed for us for the awards in February!
